Elizabeth Mary Moore has worked extensively in film and television. She has recently completed work on Stan’s No Activity 2, and in 2015 designed the television drama Barracuda (dir. Robert Connolly) for Matchbox Films and the ABC, after having worked on The Beautiful Lie (dir. Glendyn Ivin & Peter Salmon) for Endemol.
Elizabeth’s other recent credits include feature film Backtrack (wr/dir. Michael Petroni), Hiding for Playmaker Media, the second series of Channel Ten/Southern Star’s Puberty Blues, Devil’s Dust (dir. Jessica Hobbs) for Fremantle Media and the ABC, and a segment of Arenamedia’s The Turning (dir. Shaun Gladwell).
Elizabeth was the production designer on the romantic-comedy Not Suitable for Children (dir. Peter Templeman) starring Ryan Kwanten, with the feature premiering as the ‘Opening Night Film’ at the Sydney Film Festival in 2012. Other feature credits include The Square (dir. Nash Edgerton), Accidents Happen (dir. Andrew Lancaster), Gone (dir. Ringan Ledwidge), Opal Dream (dir. Peter Cattaneo) and Illustrated Family Doctor (dir. Kriv Stenders).
For television, Elizabeth designed the ABC documentary series Life at 5, and the telefeature Preservation (dir. Sofya Gollan) for which she received an AFI Award Nomination for the Open Craft Award.
In addition to her feature and television work, Elizabeth has worked with notable directors – including Nash Edgerton, Rachel Griffiths and Michael James Rowland – on award-winning short films.
